Test Lead
Typical Accountabilities:
• Work to existing test strategies, test plans, and good practices on IT projects.
• Conduct great testing, documenting, and reporting that testing in a professional capacity.
• Very strong testing skills, working either in a team with other testers or independently as a sole tester.
• Fluent in explaining testing and activities to project team members.
• Escalate bugs, risks and any changes to the testing scope to the Test Managers and project stakeholders, ensuring that all impacts and changes are well documented to a high standard.
• Ensure the testing adheres to all standards, quality, and compliance.
• Working with testing tools to assist testing activities.
• Mentoring more junior testers.
• Working collaboratively alongside other test engineers

• Desirable: Agile and Waterfall
